Ajira allows you to further scale to ENON Enterprise when your business is ready. Further it easily integrates all third party systems that your business needs.

Ajira is affordable and yet comprehensive, apt and yet scalable to suit your business needs.

Affordable, Rapid Implementation, Ideal for Small & id Sized businesses to get online and be an integrated enterprise, scale & flexible per need.

There is an upfront, non-refundable Onetime charge of INR55000.

This rate might vary depending on the size, operations and requirements of the customer needs.

INR8000 per month - payable monthly/quarterly or in annual advance.

About 15 days from Start to Go-Live. Any additional time required that is not attributed to ENON is chargeable at a standard rate per day.

ENON offers standard support. Extended support post business hours might attract hourly support charges or applicable weekend rates for support.

ENON teams can also visit your offices / inventory / any business location for onsite support. All onsite support will attract day rates as defined in the ENON Ajira agreement.

Additionally ENON offers a host of documentation including step-by-step workflows, knowledge bases, product documentation, implementation plans, Product Usage Guides and many more via ENON’s Online Repository of Support Documents.

Support is available via phone, email, chat and Co-View during the Indian business hours 9am to 6pm. Support outside of business hourly including weekend support can attract charges (hourly rates).

Currently ENON provides support in the Asian Region including India, Thailand and Singapore.

Any support for Non-Asian time zones will be partial or will be during the overlapping hours.

Nevertheless customers can email their queries and ENON Support Teams will respond before your next business hour.

You will be duly notified when ENON extends support to your region.

All support currently will be in English Only.

As stated earlier in this FAQ section, ENON does provide support at your business location, which we call as Online Support. All onsite support, beyond the scope of the Agreement, will attract day rates as defined in the ENON Ajira agreement.

Ajira is meant for small to mid sized businesses. It is intentionally made to be affordable and yet flexible or scalable. Customizations are limited.

Nevertheless if your business feels a need for extended customization, ENON strongly recommends you to migrate to ENON Enterprise which allows bespoke customization. All such customization carry additional costs and will be charged as per the standard day rates as detailed in the ENON Agreements.

Every business entity or more clearly every GST (for Indian customers) will be treated as a new and separate instance and implemented separately.

Further if these instances need to be integrated then such integrations attract additional charges.

Currently no mobile apps are available except for the Store Point of Sale (PoS) Android application for smartphones and tablets.

ENON Ajira is a Cloud based operating system and accessible via any internet browser. It is optimized for internet browsers. Offline versions include desktop and android app for PoS devices.

Data and reports are available in realtime. This is the beauty of ENON Ajira! So that you as a business owner don’t need to ask anyone for any data or report.

Further more access your Ajira from anywhere, anytime with an internet connected browser based device.

Ajira is hosted on a secure cloud with multiple & redundant layers or encryption and authentication. Further more data backups ensure continuity under any eventualities, unless there is global catastrophic digital failure.

Definitely. Ajira is a licensed application but the ownership of your data is always yours. No other entity including ENON Ajira (Hermitian Technologies Pvt Ltd or any related or partner entity) can claim any ownership or even access to your data.

ENON systems are built in such a way that no unauthorized personal can access your data.

If you decide to move out of the ENON system, ENON teams will ensure that your data remains confidential during the transition process and will reasonably assist your transition to any other vendor of your choice. Your data and records will be made available in Microsoft Excel or any format that allows easy transitions, after completion of all exit procedures with ENON.

Now that you have decided to go with ENON Ajira, there are a few basic steps that are needed to ensure a seamless implementation. These will go a long way in ensuring right Implementation, seamless workflows and a smoother, richer experience with ENON

  • Identify the people/role managers responsible for ENON and its modules

    The modules map your departments like Sales, Order Management, Purchase, Inventory etc and it is therefore easy to identify the people responsible for ENON for each of these roles

  • Map your business process workflows - steps that you follow in each and every department to ensure your set objectives

    For Example: Sales
    Every sale ideally starts with an Enquiry. Enquiry leads to your Sales Team discussing with your potential customer to understand and map requirements. Based on the mapped requirements, the Sales Team creates an Quotation. The internally Approved Quotation is sent to the customer for Customer Approval. Customer Approved quotes are converted to Sales Orders - Invoices, Purchase Orders etc

  • Ajira has standard and rigorous training that could include both onsite and online sessions. Do get your teams ready to receive training.

  • Identify a Project Lead who will work with the ENON team and your internal teams.
